Buyer`s general information


Before the auction starts  the buyer should  be  registered  at  RENASCIMENTO , SA, with full name, address, phone number, vat number, and a copy of  the identity card or passport.

Lots  Descriptions

The acquired lots, are sold with eventual  imperfections and faults or omissions in the description, the buyer has free judgment to accept or not the description. Lots condition report  is available under  request.

Absentee and telephone bidding

If you are unable to attend our sale, we would be pleased to accept your absentee or telephone bids in strict confidence. To submit an absentee bid, please fax us  to  +351 21  846 23 63 and you will be assigned a bidding number and the staff  will execute your bids.

Buyers premium value

The total invoice value is the hammer price plus 15%. The VAT taxes charged are just above the 15% premium.

Acquired lots payment

A 30% payment should be made immediately after the sale ending, and the 70% left  payed up to 5 days. Payment methods available are ATM Card, bank transfer and cash. All bank transfers should be referenced with the sale and lot number.

Acquired lots collection

All lots should be collected up to 5 days after the sale, and after full invoice payment. We can help you arrange packing and shipping or you can use your own carrier. Please contact us for further details.
If the withdrawal of the lots is not made within 5 days subsequent to the date of the sale,  RENASCIMENTO will not take any responsibility for  losses or damages.
